Mince pockets

Step 1- dice onion and it with mince untill it's cooked

Step 2 - Add 2 tbsp of flour and 1/2 cup of hot water strit for 5 mins and take it off the heat.

Step 3 - cut pastry into 4 equal pieses fill the bottum 2 pieses with the mince and put the other sheet of pastry on top seal it with fork going along the edges - bake untill golden brown.

  2. Hi Justice, I am a teacher at Paparore School in the Far North. I am currently part of a DFI learning class and your blog came up as one to analyse. I notice that you have blogged a lot in January and December over the past few years. Have you been part of the 'Summer Blogging Programme?' I also couldn't help but comment when I saw these delicious treats and thought of my own class who made spaghetti bolognaise yesterday. Isn't is great to be able to cook at school.
